In the heart of the Arcachon Bay and directly on a cycle track, close to the most beautiful sites of the Bay (the bird sanctuary of Le Teich, the Dune of Pilat, Arcachon, the oyster ports of Gujan-Mestras...), the Villa Socorro is a 4-star furnished holiday home, 3 "épis"/confort Gîtes de France. Labelled "Naturellement Bassin", partner of the Arcachon Bay brand, the Villa is also a member of the Imaginaterres circle in the eco-destination of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park.

Sleeping capacity: 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is enjoy !

In a very quiet residential area, Villa Socorro is a contemporary house of 75 m2 on one level. Very bright, modern, it is composed of 3 large rooms with :

- In the centre, the living room is very luminous thanks to its large bay window and includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a TV corner and a sofa bed. In winter, heating by a pellet stove.

- On each side of this central room, two large independent bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding (1 queen size bed in the first one, 2 single beds in the other that can be brought together to make a queen size bed). Each room has its own private bathroom (washbasin, italian shower, heated towel rail) and separate WC : ideal for two couples of friends or a family with two children.

- The holiday rental is suitable for teleworking (office area in the bedroom, good internet connection).

Outside, you will enjoy two large terraces:

- One on the rising sun side with garden furniture, plancha and large table for meals under the arbour.

- A second one with the salt water swimming pool at your exclusive disposal every day from 10am to 8pm (heated swimming corridor from May to October and secured with an electric roller shutter - children under their parents' responsibility). Sun loungers and parasols available.

- Access from outside to a room with a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer.

- Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 bath.

- 2 secure parking spaces (electric gate).

- Non-smoking place. Animals are not allowed.
